#BOU18TC | BOU 2018 Twitter Conference
WELCOME . . .
. . . to #BOU18TC, the BOU’s (and world’s) second general ornithology Twitter Conference!
Our events follow in the footsteps of others who we would like to acknowledge, in particular the now annual @Seabirders conferences (#WSTC, #WSTC2, #WSTC3 and #WSTC4) and @Biotweeps’ #BTcon17 and #BTcon18.
Twitter conferences are increasingly popular as they are a low carbon and cost-free way for researchers from around the world to come together.
Full schedule and links to individual sessions
Following and taking part in #BOU18TC couldn’t be easier – you join in from wherever you want, accessing the event on your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet via the Twitter website or a Twitter app using our conference tag #BOU18TC. See here.
We have seven great keynote presentations planned for #BOU18TC featuring the work of a diverse group of ornithologists from right around the world. We’ll add each keynote presenter as they are announced on Twitter (from 14 May).
