Our virtual Zoom conference
We will run a programme of Zoom presentations
from 0700 – 2100 GMT/UTC (1600 – 0000 AEST (UTC +9h) and 0200 – 1600 EST (UTC -5h)).
The schedule allows people to present and/or attend for some/all of the conference during their normal working day from most time zones.
Accepted submissions will be grouped into short sessions (max. 1.5 hr long) with regular breaks built into the programme, to ensure that following the event is as easy and comfortable as possible.
The Zoom conference will also be recorded and made available after the conference, so people will also be able to catch up on any presentations that they missed.
Full instructions on how to take part/attend will be provided, as well as support for presenters.
There will be a small charge (tbc) to attend the Zoom conference (inc. access to the recorded conference). Registration will be open a month or so before the event. Please look our for announcements on social media, or bookmark this page and check from 1 October.
Submissions – see call for papers below.
